Highly recommend buying from Mossy Nissan over the other Katy Nissan (Shottenkirk) dealership. Mossy was very transparent with the deal and treated me respectfully. Derrick Muhammad went above and beyond to help us with our Armada purchase. This is our second Armada. I will also drive out of my way to have all my servicing at Mossy vs Shottenkirk.The first Armada was purchased with Shottenkirk. Their approach to selling cars is very disreputable, and borderline unethical. While I was there I even saw them filming their negotiation with a potential customer without his knowledge. When the sales associate saw me he quickly turned off his phone. I only post this here because your treatment at Mossy will be the complete opposite. They will treat you with respect, it won’t seem like a “hostile” environment. Highly recommend Mossy and Derrick!

I just went to this diller and an employee Sean Lopez changed my toilet seat since I already have my car I'll be there for 2 years I don't know how I do that I also wash my car thing I said I don't want it washed This employee should do it, they should run it, get the latest consequences until they hurt me and he did not want to attend to me with my car that does not serve the A / C and he said he has to return, they did not even check it to find out what the problem is !!! I already made a comment check it is in the comments of the diller is different from this ha ... be careful with the employees bas and by appointment and if they give you their eggs for no no I will not attend you so I do this employee I even told him that be change the oil I have an appointment said ok you want to wait from 1 to 2 hours I told him if he was his face of bad humor!

Incorrect Rolland Texas... Hi Clint, yes, there is a secure after-hours drop box, located on the east side of the dealership building, facing Woodbranch street. Envelopes and pens are provided for you. You can leave your car on premise in any available parking spot. Our staff checks the box every morning and will call you to verify all repairs needed.
If in the service area, they fix everything related to the car, it is in front of the building.
