Not the best place, not really clean and a little run down. It was inexpensive so I guess that's a plus. 3 o'clock in the morning there were a bunch of drunks arguing out side our door that woke us up. That's not the hotels fault but it does say something about the price and location of the business. Right off interstate 95. On a better note the beds we're comfy and it was relatively close to Saint Augustine.

* Please please please. * Do not take your dogs here or any person. I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS OR ANYONE HERE. Overpriced. They say that they are dog friendly but will charge you an extra $150 or extended $150. Service dogs are not welcome here. Rude customer service and poor cleaning staff. Blood stains on the bed sheets .carper smells like it hasn’t been cleaned. Bathroom is the sort of abandoned . They give you small soap and lotion that doesn’t do the job. They have absolutely the worst hotel and I wouldn’t pay $60-80 to stay here. A lot of other motel rooms are so much better than these guys. False information, false advertising for “dog friendly” , false information for breakfast accommodations. Poor customer service in general.

Overpriced for what you get. Chair in room was ripped and dirty. Shower curtain was disgusting. Our room had fleas. When I told the desk clerk when we checked out she didn’t seemed concerned or acted like she would do anything about it.

This was our 1 stop on the way to see our daughter. On the way in the tall grass raised an eyebrow. Once in, we asked to see a room, the rude desk clerk responded, all rooms are the same. We had already made the reservation. So we were never shown a room, was given a key & went to our room. The mattress was nice, the sink area was nice, the ac was excellent. Bathroom however needed attention. Sloppy paint job, bathroom door was sadly cut to fit as it was a curve in it you could see when it was closed from inside. Didn't use the shower. The toilet leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was sad, 1 couple was there taking all of what little food there was. Oranges, bagel, sandwich bread, cereal, milk, yogurt, & juice were all that was for breakfast. Same lady there that am, felt like telling her if all the rooms are the same guess all the toilets leak. Washer was broken, glass on a door in same area was covered with cardboard as it was broken. Even the guest that were coming in had the same look on there faces as we did. Just because we are paying we are still "guests ." Front desk needs a customer service class. Will not stay here again.
