Why does it say 24 hours. I go multiple times at night and they have the doors locked with the note on the door but have one customer in there

while walking up to the register the cashier proceeded to walk away from the counter to pour him a drink, had us wait a good 2-3 mins for him to finish what he was doing. when the cups fell to the dirty floor he just put them back on the counter **disgusting** because someone will use those cups, not knowing how much germs contaminated them the night before. It’s always messy with sticky slushy and soda spilled everywhere on the counter. I don’t even bother getting drinks there anymore. He wasn’t aware the cokes are 2 for $11 (12 or 15 pack) I had to walk back to get the sign and show him at the register. Any worker should be aware of their prices.
