Jack N the box 7525 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77020 store# 7525 Closed at night at 3:45am. I thought this was 24 hours?? Online it clearly shows that they are open but when I went through the drive thru the lady said that they are closed. Sad sad location.

Rude somebody yelled at me and when I told them back who are they yelling at nobody responded, all I asked was to make the kids burger into a jr bacon which ment at the bacon and she kept saying no! Until she yelled Nnnooooo! And when I asked who are they yelling at at that point I didn't want anything, when I drove up to the window neither lady was at the window they all went to the back until I drove off never again will I go their , I was told not to go their in the first place . I am also new to the neighborhood and if that is the way they treat the customers the reviews are correct.please check your employees customer service 1 was a manager and the other girl I don't know i coulsnt even get a name !
