i was craving The bell and wanted to sit and relax inside, it's closed. skipped the drive thru and left for something else. very disappointed

Every time I come to this location either the dine in is closed well before be actual closing time, or I get horrible customer service. The dine in is supposed to close at 9pm..tried to go at 7:15pm and all the doors were locked and the cashier wouldn’t take my order.
