I was able to work remotely here and be comfortable! It's clean, breakfast could use some help but it didn't stop us from eating! Thank you Appletree for taking care of my family! I

I travel often and this was the worst experience EVER! Staff is rude and unhelpful! Pool area smelt weird and hotel was dirty! I wouldn’t recommend staying here! We ended up checking out early and going to the super 8, it was way better and cheaper! After checking out, I noticed I had forgot a couple personal items, however the staff kept saying they would call me back every time I called to try to obtain my belongings. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

This hotel is run by a Indian family who are very racist and rude!! I would never stay here again. They have the worst customer service. Room had bed bugs and the Indian lady that runs this hotel sat there arguing with me when I told her there were bed bugs and asked to be transferred rooms or refunded. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life, and I am very well traveled. Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.

Breakfast dough bar, yuck, we have stayed here for years, many times, breakfast used to be awesome, girl tells me they are out of bacon or sausage, instead of going to store till order arrives just nothing...pancakes, scrambled eggs that were 2 hrs. Old...no decaf tea or coffee...sunny delight in a big jug , our room had no wash cloths, I go to front to ask for a blanket, and wash cloth, lady tells me it will get delivered, at 9pm no delivery, we go back out and new lady on duty knows nothing about our request, first lady doesn't tell new person we asked for blanket and washcloths....when we arrived laundry was being folded in front lobby, this place used to be sooo nice....we loved it here.
