Front desk staff were very nice and super helpful. The doctor on the other hand, gave the worst service ever. I felt rushed and my concerns were dismissed. Dr Mulmed was not attentive at all when I explained my issues....no exam, no questions. He did say he would call me in a prescription...and did not. I felt awful when I left his office. I expect the doctor to at least hear my new concerns and advise. His response was "you don't have a referral for this new issue so we're not going to address it.... What?? !! The referral was given for the left knee and a "general exam". Even so as my orthopedic doctor of more than 3 years...i would think he would have at least took note and I could have gotten another appointment for another day. I was dismissed...RUDE. Terrible Terrible service! Well you need not worry about me ever coming back there. This was not the first time I experienced this and just brushed it off as Dr Mulmed being busy. But no more excuses! Find another Dr. That at least acts like you're concerns are just as important.

Dr Malumed works for the insurance company. Never go here for a workman’s comp case. He released me to full duty when I still on crutches. I do HVAC, heating and AC. He never ordered me an MRI, which I begged him to do. It shows that I have a fully torn ligament and I need surgery.

Took my mother here and after paying the copay we was told we was at the wrong place..been almost a year and never got the copay back
