Two brain cells are running this place. Bad attitudes, long lines. Multiple Workers flirting calling me "mami", "thinking I was a mom"... Do you see me holding any kids?? ....Two brain cells. Then I went to use the restroom inside while my boyfriend made it in, the female drill sargent called me and I wasn't going to be rude and ignore her. Did not allow me in. Also, I had an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the water, or perhaps the water is unsanitary.. Not worth it for me. Be prepared to be disrespectfully addressed if you are entering the pool. Dont know about the rec. Really just seems like a power trip. I don't understand why they need to close off the entire bathrooms when they have hundreds of visitors! Obviously I feel bad waiting in line when there are three families waiting to get into the TWO family changing rooms! How disgusting they expect you to urinate in the pool, otherwise you cant use the indoor toilet like a human being. It's a LAZY establishment. Also, it's very crammed, and the lifeguards do not stop whistling. If you are easily affected by overstimuli, this place is not for you. Very poor experience.

This place is very fun and educational for adults and students as well as children. This place has a basketball court, free pool, gym, table tennis area, and garden. I currently work here at the moment so I can say that the manager and supervisors are friendly and great at doing their job professionally.

This is the entrance of the pool. I've been going to Sunset Pool every other day with my granddaughter, since the first week that the pool opened. I would love to have been able to take pictures inside the pool area because me and my granddaughter enjoyed ourselves a whole lot but electronics aren't allowed. You can bring electronics but they have to be left in your locker 🔐. I like the fact that you can take bottled water to the pool area. There is at times (especially when the weather is very hot 🥵) a long line outside in front of the pool to get in but the times that I have encountered such a line, the line moved quickly. There has been at least 2 cops in the entrance of the pool this summer. Although I haven't heard of anything negative that has happened in or around the pool area, it's always a good thing to see the presence of the police 🚓.

Grab your parents and call the rec center
Not sure. Call them
Aye a large building in the park between and has information
depends on the day and what classes are reserved . they have a schedule you can ask for at the front desk
Depends on the services you want. If you just want access to this establishment, then it's almost half the rate of the yearly rate if you want access to all parks in nyc's facilities, i.e. $100/yr for all access
There is a membership fee. You can come to the facility and check it out. Once you're there you can fill out a "new member" application. There are different packages and you can choose which one is suitable for you.
Sorry not there any more but in the Park Recreation Center they have ping pong
