Last 3 times I've ordered they haven't had delivery drivers, maybe offer to pay them more? They've increased their delivery fee too... I imagine that didn't go to employees

I've lived in the Phoenix area and about ten other states and this is the ONLY Pizza Hut I will ever order from. They make things with 100% perfection ALMOST every time. Don't let the delivery driver thing be an issue, just go pick it up like I do. It's worth it to get great pizza and it was GREAT last night. This is an amazing location and, when I do move, I will miss it, because I know I'll give the other locations a try; however, I also know that they will NEVER compare to the Taylor location. Thanks for being amazing, y'all!!

The pizza was ready is a short amount of time. The clerk knew my order as soon as I walked in the door, without even asking my name. The crust was delicious, extra crispy, just the way I like it!

This is the second time we have ordered delivery and had our order screwed up and the delivery driver fought with us. We showed them our order summary and they still argued. Our food was delivered and sat on our doorsteps with no knock nothing or a call. When I called to ask where our order was they told me the delivery driver knocked and tried to call. This should have been our first clue this wasn’t gonna be easy. So almost a hour later we finally got our entire order. We do not recommend here they didn’t apologize or anything.
