I had an appointment to install parts in my refrigerator and waited all day for someone to come. This appointment was made a couple weeks in advance. I did not get any emails, texts, or calls asking to confirm my appointment, but did receive a voicemail asking to call if I wanted to move my appointment up (which I could/did not), it did not mention anything else. I wasted my only available free day just to be met with unreliable service and poor communication. Edit: I did not tell anyone I received additional communication from you guys, I only stated I received a voicemail asking to call back if I was interested in an earlier appointment (which I was not, so I did not call back). I even relistened to the voicemail to make sure that I was not missing additional details. A suggestion I have and would have appreciated is clearer language/communication letting me know the day of the appointment was not confirmed and needed to be rescheduled.

We use all Covid practices. Many of our techs are fully vaccinated. We use masks, gloves and booties in the home. In our office we provide hand sanitizer for our employees and our customers.
