Yes you can. Go to their website and sign in with your plan I'd number which is on the windshield bar code.
Unfortunately they no longer offer detailing services. They were discontinued in 2019. They do still offer the inside and out cleaning it is a maintenance-level cleaning of the interior windows, dusting of the doors, dash, and console, and a thorough interior vacuuming.
I don't know the answer to the gentleness but they have always cleaned my vehicle really well and without damage.

So I am the one who sales them, I work up front. I dont know why they dont know why exactly have it for that one. But how many times a month are you gonna do your inside?
