Service needs do not match MyBuick app for oil changes. We've changed oil twice now per dealer with approximately 20% life left per app. Need to try this 18 yr. old tech of syncing data between chev dealerships as well. Also, and this is pretty amazing, service person stated we needed new injectors, new spark plugs, rear brakes, etc.. there was no trouble per app, and there was no check engine light..and then tries to talk us into 160 diagnostic test. I'm not a car rocket scientist, but that seems backwards...and sadly typical....this dealership will never have our trust!

Vehicle was well under the miles of bumper to bumper warranty but was out of the 3 year by 15 days. They wouldn’t even consider looking at the vehicle. Just said “Sorry”
