I have been to many vape shops around the country and have never been so frustrated with the lack of knowledge a single person has. The girl who works at night when I went seems to know nothing about vapes. She didn't seem to listen very well either, I had asked for something fruity with menthol and she recommended something completely different than what I had asked for. Bottom line is, if you want someone who is not very knowledgeable then come to this shop. If the owner sees this review I really hope they do something about her because that's embarrassing.

When I purchased a device from this shop I was told if there was any problems please come back and they would make it right. The first time I used it the thing leaked horribly. I took it back with receipt and I was told something totally different. I would have to purchase more now. Really? Hell of a way to do business. I left with an unusable piece of junk.

Went to see if I could buy a new atomizer for my vape and they did not have one and the lady there didn’t even know what part I was talking about nor did she even offer to help fix it. Went to Moore’s vape shop, got a free atomizer after an employee attempted to fix it. Will be going to Moore’s from now on. Also I see people have reviews on how they have samples for juices.... I was not offered any samples, instead I was left to play roulette on buying a flavor.
