Chicken was under cooked. I sent it back. Employees had terrible customer service skills. I'll never return to that store!!

They messed up my order. Gave me nasty crusty burned mac and cheese. And like a spoon full when I was suppose have the mashed potatoes and gravy and they didnt give my my biscuits and drive thru lady kept rolling her eyes when asked for things like hot sauce and napkins

I went to order from the dining, they told me only drive through or online, I did the online order waited over there till the app send the order is ready, then the employee told me we don’t have your order and you need to cancel the order, asked them how to cancel it they said don’t know how, and it’s my problem because I ordered online They should told me at the time when I was over there so not order we don’t have supplies If there is less than one star I will put it
