We really enjoyed our short stay here. You have to call city hall for reservations. Ext 2. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Nice new play toys for kids. It is a little tricky in a big rig, the walls by gate are narrow, some low hanging trees. We made it fine in our 45ft toy hauler. We will return. You should approach from the south. There are weight restricted bridges on both sides. From the north the weight restriction is low.

The RV sites are not bad. Some are a little tight. The restrooms and showers are public and run down a bit. The park itself is nice, the playground is really nice for the kiddos. You're only a half mile from "downtown" and the Billy the Kid museum. Good T-Mobile signal (3-7mbps download) and slightly less for Verizon

Great place to camp out for a night or weekend. Easy access for RV. Pay online without hassle. Playground, pavilions and more. Great view at sunset.
