Trying to get my CPR certification done here and show up for training. No one called to informed me that class was canceled. I waited and trying to reach somone unsuccessful, until a private number called and said class is canceled. Why did they not let me know ahead of time? Been a few days now and still can't get anyone on the phone to rescheduled.

I may as well have called an Uber than used this service for my medical emergency. American Shambulance gave me a ride to the hospital. 1) They took my vitals but said they were not able to provide anything else to address my needs. 2) Once I was at the hospital I had to sit in a waiting room. I came by ambulance! I should not have waiting 18 hours in the waiting room to be addressed! 3) I was billed $1671 for a one mile ride. The people assisting were NOT EMTs or medical care professionals, did not seem to talk medical jargon or anything (I work in healthcare, they couldn't maintain a conversation on basic healthcare). They did not know my medical condition. They simply drove the bed and took a blood pressure. Obviously this company has low standards for who they hire. 4) Their billing website looks easy enough. But when I went to enter my ticket information it didn't pull up my bill. It just asks "How much are you paying." After my payment, I got the same bill in the mail. Their billing department doesn't answer and hasn't called back. Useless company. Two months later I had the same emergency and had to use another ambualnce service. I do not have the name of the company but THAT was a great team. They had bedside manner, urgent care, tools to assist my emergent needs, medical training, and took care of me to the point where I didn't end up needing to go to the hospital! If you ever call 911 make sure they aren't sending American Ambulance.

I was in horrific pain and my sister called to have me taken to the hospital 4/21/22. The EMT's dumped me in the emergency triage room where I waited in pain for over 6 hours. If they had taken me to the back where most ambulance patients are taken I would not have been screaming and crying all that time. I am not happy with how I was treated. I heard the 2 of them talking and saying "let's put her in the ER and go to lunch". Hummmm didn't want to do their job. Sad.
