Waited over two weeks for an appointment, numerous confirmations that we would make the appointment date for a mammogram for a lump my wife discovered but, on the date and 1hr 15 min drive, they canceled her appointment at the desk claiming attempts to contact us all morning. They had no trouble contacting us any other date! Not cool. 3 weeks to another appointment.....so much for early detection!

Unfortunately I’m extremely frustrated I understand there are procedures in place. However I had to fax over my referral 3 times before the could even get me in the system. Then once they had it, they call my husband who doesn’t have my medical info on hand. Therefore they told him to have me call them back. I called 3 times after 10 minutes of being on hold each time I was sent straight to voicemail. Hold time was inaccurate. I have a certain work schedule to when I’m off there closed so I've been calling on my days off. Which some of those days there office is closed being after hours I try and call. I had left 3 voicemails all of which no one returned my call. But today I finally got a hold of someone to schedule a appointment, however they only wanted my insurance info and once they have approved it I would get a call back… I’ve been needing this appointment for 3 weeks now…. I’m very upset and frustrated again I know there are procedures in place but call backs could be improved greatly as well as staying on the line until someone can pick up rather than being sent straight to voicemail would be highly appreciated if it could be done. And I could’ve had a appointment by now if this was improved.
