Front desk staff needs improvement. Very unapproachable n noticeably unwilling to help. Dental assistants not very friendly either especially to young patients during back room ortho services. Dentists are great, very different than staff.

I love the staff and everything about this place. They were all friendly, things were quick, and it was overall a good experience. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that I had to wear a mask. It doesn’t make sense to me; I have to take it off for x-rays and teeth cleaning, so what’s the point in wearing it the rest of the time?

I just had the most fantastic cleaning from the dental hygiena’s named Crystal at the Fontone Fontana location. They’re really gonna be gaining a great person at the Hollister location. Please it take advantage of this phenomenal experience I’m jealous you get her I might have to come all the way back out there just to get my teeth cleaned

Literally the worst place to come for braces!! Don’t do it!! They make it near impossible to reschedule appointments and then when they don’t fix your teeth in the time frame they said they would they say they are going to charge you more! They blamed us and said it was our fault that they didn’t do their jobs. Their front desk workers are unfriendly and unhelpful. Like I said literally the worst place to get braces! If you are considering them don’t, take your money else where!!
