I have been a patient of this place for about 2 years now the staff is always very kind and the Dr. is great! It looks like they now have a new front desk girl and she’s extremely rude it makes me not want to come back. The customer service lacks in front desk and it’s very unfortunate since I have been coming to them for some time now. I had a very bad experience on Thursday that honestly I don’t think I will be returning.

Monday was my first time at golden west dentistry. The ladies in the front office were very welcoming. The dr we saw was amazing. He explained everything. He as well was very welcoming. The dental hygienist was amazing. I don’t think my teeth ever felt that clean!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dental office

Went In for a cleaning and was told I needed a couple of filling, got them done and it's been months now that I've been in pain every time I bite. They said just let time do it's heeling or you can put a crown, ofcourse they want me to spend more money. Ain't never going back there.

My family switched to this dentist practice a couple of years back, and am very happy with their work! My teeth and gum health have dramatically improved with the help of everyone here since switching. It has been amazing that they are so honest and descriptive about everything for the better of my teeth in the long run! Amazing place overall!!
