I live in Bridgeport.Occassionly,my day will end up at the hotel.A sumptuous shrimp over linguine is the pallet der resistance,served aside crispy vegetable salad.I imbibed cooled red wine that a courteous waitress served me with. We spent July 10th and 11th at this hotel to a funeral. The prices were very expensive and the service was very bad. We went to the funeral and came back no one changed our linen or gave us fresh towels and washcloths. We called downstairs they said they only change the linen, towels and wash every five days. I said no one told us about that so they gave us a bag with line and towels for the night. We did not have any fresh coffee in the room for the next day, and downstairs in the lobby the coffee was almost $4. dollars for a cup and it didn’t even work. When a senior citizen told the young hostess that she was waiting a long time for her carry out breakfast, the hostess cursed out the senior citizen lady. I don’t know of any hotels that a manager is not here 24 seven. I will never stay at this hotel again. 1 star.

Good food fast service quality selection just issues most likely surrounding area crimes in that area but it seems to be well kept and clean just not used by many locals lately so not a highly active area considering its downtown even with summer coming up will be same most likely

The hotel staff is great. The security guard that works 4 to 12 is awesome. Great guy, with an awesome personality. Im staying here for work and have to park my vehicle in over-sized parking. The security guard drives me back and forth twice a night. He definitely sets the example of hospitality and friendliness. The hotel is clean and quite. If you're staying in the Bridgeport area I would definitely recommend staying here.
