This was an unbelievably horrible experience. I ordered on the KFC app which was relatively simple. I ordered a large Mountain Dew and a classic chicken bowl without cheese as I am lactose intolerant. First off, they just don’t have Mountain Dew in the store, so they lied about that. Then I get the bowl and it is loaded with cheese, making it inedible for me. Stay away from this place.

They always have the best deal on family meal deals. Their fried chicken is always good. Hopefully in the future they will create a spicy fried chicken, not like the Nashville ones.

The $5 fill up was missing the cookie and the staff wasn't really paying attention to the customers. Very much into their own conversation. Said thank you 5x and and finally got a "your welcome" when we were leaving. Normally pretty good at this location but today's new crew didn't seem too interested in the customer.
