Plz if you value your life n future in this city, bcuz of retaliation from the Dr, DO NOT ATTEND THIS SPECIALIST! If you need to read that sentence over again, then do so!!! If I could give a -5 I would! I seen this pain mgmt for over 3yrs. Obviously Dr Scwarma had zero issues with my random urine tests when I consistently overlooked the multiple lack of answering/returning phone calls, many other unhappy patients screaming, office staff turnover n even states ‘I don’t plan on continuing to work here’, they don’t care if you have Covid-he’ll make you attend appt anyway plus stay in the waiting area with other patients (I know this to be 1000%true bcuz I had Covid n offered to enter through the back but Dr Schwarma said no. He even sent in Dr Candace to do my appt without telling her I had Covid, I had proof mind you, sent her in without a mask. So in my conversation with my family Dr following up on having Covid I told him about this experience. An unsafe situation was filed n I was referred to a new pain mgmt. I seen him today only to be told I will not be getting any pain assistance bcuz Dr Schwarma wrote a letter to the new one saying I failed every urine test. I have Lupus, trigeminal neuralgia and peripheral neuropathy! Very PAINFUL issues! But what Dr Schwarma didn’t see coming was a lawsuit bcuz I have Quest on my phone with all results PLUS bcuz I’m a single mom of a special needs child (11specialists) then you add my Drs I also have an app called Abridge! It records n transcribes your appointments so later on if you have questions about a medication or what the dr wanted you to do, you can look back on it. So of the many patients Dr Schwarma has ‘had a problem with’ you’ve now met your match bcuz I’m not a typical pain med seeker that so many Drs are quick to label in this country. If you do see Dr Schwarma’s office and leave eventually for 1 reason or another, he’s not below ruining you. If you’ve done nothing wrong like me, make sure you have your proof bcuz I do and I’m so about to advocate for myself! Hear on that!!! Dr Schwarma…this is Louann Ditmyer for your records.

I tried calling there number and you can never get through after being in qui 3 to finally 1 you get a recording that won’t let you choose an option. I had to drive across town to have my referral fixed by a secretary who no longer works there. When I told the front desk about there phones not working they said they know but didn’t looked surprised…

Dr is great. Pca is great. No one answers phone. They forget to send medication over with diagnose code. Heaven forbid you need a prior auth. Front staff is generally rude. Many times now I've had to come in, with my babies to get script situated - to be told can't do it the medication lady isn't here - then when the kids start acting up... all of a sudden it's been fixed ! Like really? Are we all just fresh slabs of meat to just poke with injections? Customer service is a direct reflection on the doctors... doesn't matter how good you are if no one can get ahold of anyone or have anything taken care of.

Very unprofessional staff all around. They purposely don’t answer phone calls, wouldn’t try and bother coming here, not even guaranteed a called back just to become a new patient or even make an appointment .👎🏾 0/10
