Hired them for rentals for my wedding. Delivery was 10 hours late. (Everything arrived at 10 pm for a 9am-noon delivery window). It was impossible to get a hold of anyone that day. They came for delivery and had less than half the chairs and were missing other pieces. The tent I rented was very dirty (although their delivery guys tried to clean it). They told me that the remaining chairs would be there by noon the following day (day of the wedding) and that I would be refunded for the missing pieces. The chairs arrived later than noon, which was very frustrating. Since the date of my wedding (approximately 3 weeks ago) I have been attempting to be issued my refund. The owner Steve, never returns calls. Never sends emails when asked and sets his team up for failure. His employees try, and have good customer service, but he won't communicate or help them either. I have been promised a call back multiple times and don't get one. Avoid this company, when you can. The only bright spot they have is Steven, the delivery driver, who tries hard, but is set up for failure by the people above him.
