116th is my home gym, walking distance. I joined because so convenient. However I usually go downtown because for some reason those gyms are clean and the staff actually greet you and I don’t have to wait for equipment ( this gym is usally over capacity) fire hazard Most staff don’t greet you when you check in. ( they are usually on there phones)The gym floor usually have used wipes laying around on the floor and stuck/ tucked between cracks. I never see anyone clean while I’m there and I work out for at least 2-3 hours, 5-7 days a week. I don’t really like writing bad reviews. However when I came in and saw this toilet brush just laying on the bench was wild for me with COVID & MONKEYPOX going around at the moment… to me means this gym doesn't really take cleanliness serious enough Also a lot of broken equipment and a lot worn leather that needs repair

Joined a few months ago. The staff and and location is great. Spacious gym with tons of machines. My only and biggest concern are the treadmills. 90% of them are not being maintained correctly. The belts are all loose and not even. Some of them stay weeks sometimes months broken. They take too long to fix them.

Be careful with Blink Fitness memberships. I have been trying to cancel it for two years now and they keep billing me. They make you go to a physical store and then you pay to cancel your membership. And then after all that, they continue to charge your card. Just a fair warning.

My problem is with certain members of the staff. Bathrooms never have TP/soap and are always gross. When I asked, the employee guy took forever than just put a roll on top of the TP dispenser instead of actually putting it inside of it. Then slowly walked away. Staff is just lazy, no one acts like they want to be there. Some changes need to be made. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone, if I'm being honest.
