Not sure about the star I should give yet. I need this answered is yalls phone lines 24/7 like the er is? It's 5:51am. I called 5 times clicked 2 for admission rang and then hung up and got voice-mail. Do hospitals normally have voice-mail? And are yall just not open at this time on the phone? Trying to get my daughter admitted before I get there to get in quickly.... plz clarify ty.

I was in the emergency room for 2 to 3 hours due to extreme pain and blood in my urine. When I arrived, the pain was extreme and I couldn't even see well. I just turned in my documents. They told me that my insurance didn't work with them. They did pathological and radiological tests. Now they sent me the bill for 25,000 more besides, they are charging me association radiology and association pathology, the prices are raised three times what is common in the market.

Last night I took my son to be seen in the emergency dept. And as we were waiting a mother came in screaming for help for her son who was in the car foaming at the mouth. They took their time to help them and then turned them away. These people are supposed to be emergency rescuers. Not at this hospital for sure! My prayers go out to the gentleman and his family that were refused medical help! God bless..

I recently moved from Cali and had a really bad abscess come about when I got to vegas. Not knowing where to go or who would treat me; I came to this emergency room and the doctor along with his nursing staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me right away they would take care of me despite me being new to vegas and me being a first time patient. They treated me and sent me home with antibiotics/pain medicine. I went to sunrise hospital and medical center for the same issue; Who did not treat my abscess and did not send me home with any antibiotics/care. A huge thank you to North Valley ER team today for treating a 6 month long ongoing issue, god bless you the doctors and staff!
