I have waited over an in the lobby to get to back room and wait some more. Very inconsiderate Of other peoples time. We are the patients / customer. This is crazy ! Not to mention my last visit and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional

The receptionist ruins the whole experience. I’m a cna while our visit the doctor and technicians were amazing until we sat at the lobby to wait for our transport. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful, turned the whole experience for an stablished patient into a very uncomfortable one. Asking us to leave the way she did without using a courteous manner to ask if we need it anything else and her body language all was unwelcoming. Recommending medical offices that make patients feel uncomfortable from arrival to end of a visit it’s not good. You cannot say “the doctors are good but the receptionist makes you feel unwelcome. “ Both can’t be use on the same sentence.
