I had pizzas delivered the driver was nice but the pizzas was cold and was not in a heated carrier.the pizzas were not good as my first experience at different location. 2nd attempt giving the benefit of doubt. Order the subs and they were not hot again and we picked the up. They were not made not even close to the picture of the sandwiches. It was more veggies than meat, the bread again cold and did not look inviting to eat.. Advise them that items order were not correct. Was advised to come back for correction. Drive back to store and was asked if I brought the food back. I explained I was not advise to return them since we threw them away. No refund and no correction sandwiches. Will never eat at the store place again.

What more can you say about Barro's? Ask me! I am always ordering pizza and I alternate between pizzerias here downtown because each has a unique style and taste that I love, and I but may not always be in the mood for. Not when it comes to Barro's, but though. I love ordering from this Central & Virginia location as they are always on point with every aspect of the service. Pizza is always cooked to perfection, especially when I've asked for one of my specific idiosyncratic methodologies to cooking the always extra cheese, and whatever variating protein I've chosen that day to appeal to my taste buds. I love the service with a smile for their deliveries and their price points are always consistent, and extremely fair for the excellent quality of pizza. The only thing I could suggest is a free one for next time. I kid, I kid...

I would avoid delivery. Pizza was cold after being a half hour late and they forgot the ranch with the wings. Called to try and get them to possible drop of the ranch later and the front girl told me to come in and pick it up. I couldn't and that's why we ordered delivery. Totally killed a great vibe.

The $5 lunch specials get me weekly. Such good pizza. Service is always pleasant and quick. Big fan!
