If you don’t sign up for autopay you are charged $7.50 extra per month. With all the security breeches I don’t like giving any company access to my bank information. Unless my payments are late I should not be charged this additional fee! There should be a waiver for customers who pay their accounts timely.

We're not finished yet, but I would recommend them. Have paid $0! Solar panels are on, had to upgrade electrical panel (Vivint's electrician did the work) waiting for BGE and we will be up and running.
