Waited a month to be seen and they never sent any information for my appointment. So the day of my appointment I waited on hold for 30 minutes for them to say they never got authorization with my updated insurance! And then she had to transfer me to PET department and sent me to a line that is out of service! How is this company in business???

Boy! The lady who helped me with my CT on 8/15 was really much. I have a great big problem getting into these machines like MRIs and stuff. She was the best in helping me through it. I wish I would of asked her name so I can let her bosses know. Now I’m not worried about my next CT coming up next week. Piece of cake because of her. Thank you so much!
