I booked a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding seven month's prior to May 20,2022. A deposit of 250.00 was given in a signed contract in November 2021. Numerous phone calls and emails were unanswered. On the day of the event, the employees were not notified of the event. Wrinkled tablecloths, no glasses, silverware, water on tables and brown paper napkins you get at fast food places on buffet table. Therefore we did not receive the services that were explained to me. A total embarrassment especially when the bridal party and out of town guest had rooms there. itwas impossible to reach anyone. No one was responsible at the Hilton or this event. Good bye Hilton!

I booked this particular hotel for several reasons: indoor pool, hot tub, whirlpool tub in the room and the Hilton name. I was disappointed and feel I over paid. -hot tub no longer exists, it’s been filled with cement. - the pool was freezing cold - contactless checkin? nope, still had to go to the front desk to checkin and have your digital keycard activated. - the shades in the room were not able to be opened or closed. looked like they may have been wired but the wires were not connected to anything, they were just hanging. - bed was creaky, pillows were deflated - furniture and rugs were outdated - room service advertised, but doesn’t apply for breakfast - staff not friendly, not rude but they kept to themselves and didn’t engage - tv’s were super small Hotel was clean, we had a king suite and both bathrooms were very clean and big. The woman at checkin was nice, cafe staff were ok and the breakfast was good.I’m not sure I’d stay here again as I feel like I overpaid.

Positive: The 2 African American Women Concierge¿s were very Professional and exhibited the Best Customer Service I have seen in a long time. They were very cordial and made me and my guest feel so comfortable to be staying at the Hilton.

The staff is great. We stayed a week just to get away from the kids. We loved it. Nice room king size bed, huge tube, my husband treated me to a nice bubble bath with candles it was a really nice week.
