My family has been entrusting our cars with Jim and his crew for over 15 years now, starting with just the 2 we owned back then, to the 5 cars we now have for all of our college-aged kids. He's honest and will tell you don't need to do maintenance quite yet as often as when you do need work done immediately. If he can't take care of a problem, he has always had good suggestions of where to go to get it fixed. When we have been ready to buy another car, we've gone to him for advice on which vehicles to look at based on his experience. I've even called him for advice and guidance when I've been on the road and had a problem. It's unusual to find that kind of customer service in this day.
