Just got off the phone with the “emergency” plumbing. All I saw for times on t google was “24 hours”, so I didn’t know there was an emergency plumbing department. I told him I wanted to schedule an appt for Thursday because I have that day off and can be available. He told me he can send a message to the regular hours shift and they’ll call me during normal business hours between 7-4. I work 7-5:30 Sunday through Wednesday, and I told him I couldn’t take the call at work. He then decided to call the emergency plumbing and try and have them come out right now, after I told him I work 7-5:30. I just wanted to set up an appt for Thursday. But apparently they don’t have the ability to do that. Should probably change the hours on google if it’s that complicated.

Each situation is different. We do offer free estimates in Springfield and the surrounding areas. If you call our office between 7am and 5pm. The dispatcher can set you up.

Yes Bert there is and after hours rate. We are available 24hrs a day for emergency service. Normal hours are from 7:30 am to 4 PM
