Bad service, no communication at all from their end. I had to call and follow up about my vehicle two days in a row. Service took way longer than needed and one of my issues wasn’t even fixed. Also, unprofessional that my paperwork had my name as Karen even though it’s Melissa, not even close to Karen so clearly that was done purposely by one of your employees. Funny because I was polite even when I shouldn’t have been. Will never come back here. Your employee swore up and down he checked everything to figure out why my headlight wasn’t coming on even with a bulb change. He specifically stated he didn’t see any chewed or broken wires and wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. Brought it to a reputable Hyundai dealership and was told they found chewed wires. You clearly didn’t even inspect my vehicle, wondering if the oil change was even done.
