Originally gave this Chilli's only 3 stars because of tired good and service. However I recently revisited on July 2022 and have 4 stars because the food and service has improved. Our waitress was great! The food was as good as it was many years ago. I can safely recommend again.

Visited a few times in the last two weeks. The New Crab pasta is really good. I sat at the bar, usually get faster service, but not here most of the time! On more than 2 visits it appears that if you are not a relative or a friend of the bartender you don't get fast service. If the manager boy wants to watch a game on TV he apparently will just change all the TV's, with out asking the paying customers if they are watching what is on first. I guess that's how the bartenders learn about customer service too.

The place wasn't very busy but did have to wait for a table so we choose the bar instead. Customer service was okay🤷, Food wasnr that great I have had a lot better that's for sure. Well sitting at the bar I noticed how dirty things were. Glasses full of dust and left over food on the counter. Sitting at the bar you tend to notice more stuff. Bristol Chili's is so much better💯 Will I go back to this Chili's Noway in hell..

It was not busy no mask requirred.good food we did the 25 dollar deal for 2 pepole it was good we were full .and very pleasant waitres,she did awrsome job. 12/5/21 ,we had a awesome dinner,even better, we had jsamine for our waitress,very nice young lady.very acomodating,got our order all correct,very nice personality.the world needs more like her,
