I am impressed by the 4.9 star rating. My experience: service is good, fast, knowledgeable. But in the end it’s about making money not health. Went there for covid tests only. Charged 110USD per new patient for standing 5 mins at the desk but didn’t even mention they are going to charge it. Family of five makes 550 bucks. Signalled tests were free but months later tests at 152 per tests were billed, times 5 family members times 5 tests… do the math. But was suggested that tests are free. Lost a client family here that’s for sure. Sorry for otherwise very friendly and knowledgeable people working there.

It was great experience. Awesome PA, so patiently heard our problem and gave lot of directions to try to feel better. Good customer service on the desk too.

The staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. No wait time! I wasn’t expecting a COIVD and influenza test but I had to take both to rule them out. I wanted to do a cartwheel out of the office because I tested negative for both😄

I couldn’t get in with my own provider for a wellness check and Priority Urgent Care was able to see me right away. Their receptionist was very kind over the phone and in person and their PA was wonderful. She got me in and out with antibiotics prescribed in about 10 minutes. Very thankful for this team!
