This store is the worst at customer service

Absolutely the rudest person answered the phone when calling about transferring a prescription . My wife accidentally left her medicine at home and was needing to transfer it here while on vacation. They talked to her so rude like it was really putting them out to be able to do so. So sad a place that is supposed to be here to help has to treat people in such a manner. I would highly recommend someone look into how this person treats customers. I would not want them representing my business.

Had to take an emergency trip to Jackson and have them call my Idaho pharmacy to transfer it. Diana was SO helpful and gave just the best customer service. Five stars for sure!

Attempted to get the "no appointment needed" flu shot this weekend, but I was told that I would need to wait a full hour before one of the four people behind the counter would be available.
