You can quickly unsubscribe from promotional emails sent by Schedulicity on behalf of the businesses you schedule with for appointments or classes. Just open the email and select the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom on the message. Please note that you will be unable to unsubscribe from confirmation and reminder emails since they contain pertinent information regarding your appointments or classes booked on Schedulicity.com.

Trying to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment? Here are the steps you can follow to manage your appointments online: 1. Sign into your Schedulicity account and you'll see all your upcoming appointments right on your home screen 2. Select the cancel/reschedule link to the right of the appointment, and you can either cancel it completely or reschedule it.
