My daughter's Pediatrician referred my daughter for an appointment at this office. The Pediatrician called me & left a message telling me they'd sent a REFERRAL & also SPOKEN to someone at Big Sky Dermatology and they could get my daughter in within 2 weeks and for me to call them to schedule an appointment. So I just called Bih Sky Dermatology and spoke to Wren who was really argumentative and rude and kept asking if I was "Sure" I'd called the right office. She was saying they had no record of a referral and "typically the way this works is we get a referral and we call you". I told her I had just listened to the message and I was told to call them, ( they'd even said they could possibly get my daughter in the next day) and she continued arguing with me. I won't be taking my daughter to an office that is so unorganized, unprofessional and rude. Unbelievable.
