Yes, they do. But, you have to specifically ask for them. They keep them in the back because if everyone knew they had them, then there would be a crowd rushing the store to buy them out. They keep them in the back to control prices to their benefit. If they deny they have them, tell them you know they keep in the back. You can see they are already denying it! They are in the back!

Hello, Jerry. PFI Western Store originated in 1975 as Preferred Farmers Incorporated, a livestock feed and farm supply business located on Springfield's northwest side. When more space was needed to make room for the growing line of farm supplies, PFI bought the western wear clothing shop next door. The clothes came with the building. The rest is history.

If no receipt we can look up the item and if it were sold here we can issue store credit or allow exchange.
