I've got to say, many people have complained about this particular GameStop but I haven't had any complaints myself. I've been here many a time and the staff has always been kind. Their very helpful and are genuinely happy. I needed a parent present to buy the Evil Dead game (understandable) and instead of refusing to buy me the game the worker kindly asked me to get a parent before he'd sell it to me. Overall I rate 5/5

I have got 2 xbox ones from ther in 2 weeks the first one lasted one day and the other about a week worst game stop there is in my opinion will not use them any more i will drive to branson ,mountain home, or just order it

A girl named April ordered us a game on 11-12-21,it’s now 12-08-21 and it still hasn’t arrived and she won’t help us at all, just plain mean about it, customer service even called her for my reimbursement and she refused and was mean to them, still nothing from nobody very upset over this! I’ll change this review if our situation changes….. It was made right by corporate! Thank you so much.
