I called the Ozark Foam's office 14 days ago and left them a message requesting from them to call me. I left my name and a number and explained briefly what estimate I need. The gentleman from their office called me back TODAY, few days after I already accepted another bid for the insulating job I need to be done, and he didn't provide any explanation or an excuse for calling so many days later! Also, after I explained that I don't do the work his way and that I already accepted another bid, he boldly asked him much I agreed to pay, and then stated directly they would have charged me one half of it! WELL, anyone can say that BUT being professional is not what people working for this company are! I di state my opinion that this company will be losing jobs if they continue calling back the possible customer 14 days after the customer calls them! VERY DISSATISFIED! DI P.S. If there was 0 available for the eval I would have marked it!

The main thing that I need from any contractor is for them to do what they say they are going to do. We did have some scheduling problems on my end and then they had a crewing issue one day but through it all, I was kept in the loop and knew what was going on. They came on the scheduled date and time and were very professional. Couldn't be happier.
