Worst experience ever. The two at the counter were slower than sloth. I had literally 3 people in front of me and it took over 45 minutes just for my turn to finally be seen. So after waiting almost an hour, there was nothing they “could do” to help me when I did not know how to take a pin off of a laptop. Like, I understand ultimately it’s my problem. But, when I even asked if there was anyone that worked there that knew about computers that could help me, I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she repeated that there was nothing they could do to help. Yet, they have help wanted signs because they can’t get people in to work. I wonder why!

All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Not usually crowded so you are able to take time looking around. Have a good variety of stuff and they have layaway. I go there every time I am in town.

That's strange. Every time I call them, they pick up right away. They must be very busy given the season. Send an email. They're very responsive. That's been my experience.
You will need to go visit them, cause they cant.can't . do this over the phone..
You would have to bring it in.. they can't give you a fair price without physically look at it.. by the way, they are closed on Sundays. .
Password code is probably for employees.. just call em back on Monday morning..they probably have you idea handy.. I seen several people leave or forget their I.D.'s there before..
