This place is a hidden gem for sure! I'm so glad I found it. I wasn't ready to go home and can't wait to go back! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and well kept! Karen was such a hospitable host and provided more than we expected! I traveled here with my grandma and another lady both in their 80s and this will be the last trip they make in their lives and we couldn't have found a better place ❤️ She showed up her cottage and it was so cute but I liked the cabin we were in because of the large fenced backyard that my dogs were able to enjoy. I'm looking forward to going back when the weather is a little cooler and I can explore the property outside! Thank you Karen for keeping this place going in your husband's memory! We enjoyed meeting you!

Very beautiful and was beyond my expectations. My husband and I were married here and Karen went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I felt like a real princess here. Despite the rainy weather, there was a great reception area that family and friends could gather in to stay dry. It is also wonderful to see Lacey and Shelby's legacy live on through such a magnificent castle! We stayed in the cottage and are thinking about going back sometime soon, just for the serenity of the castle and the nature around it!

I went to Lacey Micheles Castle for friends wedding. Very beautiful, and private.

This was such a beautiful getaway. The property is gorgeous, and you don't have to worry about running into other people. You and your dog can frolic freely amongst the wildflowers and rocky creekbeds. I hope to come back.

Yes they are open and always expanding .Great folks .Get ready for a very pleasant experience.
There are several lakes and ponds near Lacey Michele's Castle starting with BeBe hole which is 3 or 4 miles from the castle, a popular place locals go to fish and swim. Cricket Creek Marina, where they host yearly world class fishing tournaments on Lake Taneycomo is appx 10 miles. Table Rock Lake/Park is around 15 miles and a little further is Bull Shoals Lake at Lead Hill only 25 miles. When our guests ask where they should go, we recommend the beautiful and scenic Buffalo National River and Park at 35 miles. There are so many wonderful places just a short distance from the castle, it can be hard deciding what to do first!
