Horrible experience placing and verifying order. Would not answer our calls only communication was via email. Not a way for a business this size to operate! Very poor online customer service!! If we could’ve got the parts elsewhere we definitely would’ve. When we arrived to pick up the parts everyone was nice, they need to extend that courtesy to their online customers. Definitely a company that sends out mixed signals!
