We were in an accident and Geico said once we came in for our appointment you guys would give us a rental car while it was in the shop. Is that true ?

They don't do anything with rentals. If you have your own rental reimbursement under your insurance or the other parties insurance will cover it you can hsve thrm pick you up and the rental company will bill the insurance.
