I came down from St Louis for the weekend and looked up where to go for bbq. City Butcher and BBQ came up as the best is Springfield. I had the brisket and the pork belly. It was excellent. Some of the best I've ever had. The sauce is really good too. I was shocked there wasn't a line across the parking lot. I'm looking forward to going back. Highly recommended.
