My mom was placed at Venetians after she test positive for COVID. She was only at this nightmare place 10 days thank God. No staff, they left my mom with dirty diapers and in 10 days she has 3 bed sores wounds one of them pretty big. The manager in charge answer me about this situation that he was not aware of the problem, off course not when is no nurses with the patient. We visit mom daily and we have a horrible experience. I feel bad for any elderly that family members don’t go often and check on them. I will add a photo but since is my mom private parts I won’t do it or make it public, but please avoid this center.

My dad was put there for rehab … this place is short staffed .. no rehab and my dad sat in a wheelchair and declined … he ended getting Covid there as well… DO NOT put your love ones in their care my father who just needed to be able to regain his strength to come home ..we trusted them to get this care and it did not happen … he’s now in hospice dying… They don’t answer the phone either. This place is responsible for my fathers decline .. and I wouldn’t even give them my dog. Do your research !!! Protect your loved ones !!
