Went there to look at a used minivan with my wife. Was not greeted outside on the lot. Had to go inside and it looked like a ghost town. Finally some young lady asked if we had an appointment. Really? its a car dealership and your not busy but ok. So some other lady called us into her office. I told her we were looking for a minivan under $12000. She immediately said in her accent you need a cosigner. Im like what? Just didn't feel very welcomed. I felt like if i was there looking at a $40000 vehicle the service would have been better. Seemed like a really nice dealership though. Plenty of inventory. We actually went up there with 3 different minivans in mind. But i guess they didn't have time for us.

I was interested in a Ford F150 they had for sale. I called sales to ask the details, and the foreign lady that answered the phone who stated she was a manager of the location said to just come in. I asked for an estimated monthly payment based off the details that I gave her and she was trying to make me come in before she could give me any details. I would highly recommend not using this place for your car sales if you want a reliable car and a friendly service. Note to self when somebody hangs up on, you do not call back for additional details.

Bought a car for 14k from here as is and even though it said it was as is and I had already bought it so they had no obligation to do so but they still fixed the seal leak on the windshield for free, no threats, no hassle. We have had no issues with the vehicle since. We had them put in the application for financing. I didn't have any pre approval or anything. I read one of the reviews. I think that guy just had a bad experience if they only cared about high end cars why would they bother having the cheaper cars taking up space, and depreciating when they could have car that they have intent to sell sitting on the lot. I believe they had a bad experience but I think their maybe more to the story.

We had a Great Buying Experience with Premier Auto Group!! Our Sale Rep. Olena was Amazing!!! I called ahead to let her know that I would be traveling a particular distance to view a car on their lot. She put a hold on it until I got there and went over the Carfax with me as soon as I arrived in her office. There was no hidden Dealership fees. Everything was fair. I feel I paid a good price for the vehicle I purchased. I had a wonderful experience and our sales lady was extremely helpful very kind and This was a Great purchase!! Jared, the warranty is provided by the third party company named NVP. You have a contract with their number, please contact them about cancellation.
There is no email. You can only call or visit. This is a car dealership. I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and was very happy with there service and willingness to negotiate.

Premier Automotive Group is providing all the safety practices as any other dealership: sanitisers everywhere, masks are required during whole stay at the store and while communicating with a sales outside (spare masks are available), the whole place is sanitised everyday.
