Yep, you found it. Stay here. Look no further. Stopped in for an overnighter from DFW to Angel Fire. Can't beat this place. Cleanliness, easy in easy out, full hookups, pull thru sites large enough for ANY rig. Adding this to my quick stay list for this area of Texas/New Mexico.

The perfect campground to spend the night. Nice long , level, wide gravel site so I didn't have to unhook the car. An earlier review complained about the train. I only heard it while I was awake in the afternoon. It wasn't loud and it didn't have a whistle. I never heard it or the road noise, once I was asleep. I would stay here again.

This nice RV PARK, located very conveniently off the hi-way, was a welcome site after 10 hours on the road. All sites are level and pull through. Everything is new. The owners even stopped in to check on us. It will start to get busy in the spring, so call ahead for info. This will be our” go to”stop between Texas and Colorado.

Yes water and full electric hookups plus great water pressure and nice showers . 2 miles from town for supplies with a loves truck stop in town I would recommend this place .
I would not swim in the pond but the lake is very clear water might be a little cold

No they dont have actual tent sites it's more of an RV park then a camp ground. I would suggest stopping in or calling them if your having a scouting trip or some kind of group camping they might be able to do something for you. There is a campground at the lake that might be better suited for you. Good luck
