Technician unaware of program paying for service to replace UV bulb and filter for humidifier had to call office.At office customer service unaware of service plan paying monthly to have UV light replaced once a year and humidifier filter replaced once a year.Had to tell customer service to check notes from previous visits,finally customer service found note saying we pay monthly for UV bulb and humidifier filter so we don’t have to pay at the time of service.This is the 2nd or third time this has happened at our home.Apparently we were grandfathered in and our payment plan doesn’t show up in the IPad that the technician carries but it shows up at the office computer.I wish this could be fixed so I don’t have to hassle with this once a year.Also the technician did not have a UV bulb in his truck so he had to come back the next day.He did apologize but one visit would be better than 2.I hope this issue can be solved in the future.

Used them for two different issues. 1. Heat pump checkup. AJ was very thorough. Identified a couple of issues and provided several options. Polite, pleasant and professional. 2. Drain in utility room is clogged. Jen arrived promptly. She was persistent in finding the reason for the trouble, doing several tests to determine the source of the problem. She too was pleasant and professional.

If you have open a gas line or a leak without proper ventilation it's never okay to use anything that creates a spark if you can smell it then it's absolutely not okay
